Terms and Regulations
If you cancel before 12 April 2019 - You will receive 90% of invoice total
If you cancel between 12 April – 10 May 2019 - You will receive 50% of invoice total
No cancellations will be accepted after 10 May 2019 - You will not be refunded any portion of invoice
You may send a substitute delegate at any time however all cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Sarah Arnold by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Full payment for registration must be paid by credit card before the conference. We accept most major credit cards.
You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible conference cancellation or postponement. In any event, Crain Communications Ltd will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages, etc.
